Good work or long work

Long work is the junior lawyer invoicing 14 hours for a day of filling in forms

Good work is the astute lawyer finding a ninja solution that wins the case in less than five minutes.

Long work has a history. Farmers, hunters, factory workers, call centers…they all took long hard hours to win, the only way to succeed was to have good stamina and keep going - doing long work was recognised above doing good work.

Good work is frightening. We see good work as risk, we might fail at hardgood work whereas you can't fail when doing long work. You can fail at good work if you do not find a solution pr when you don't make a connection.

Sometimes long work leads to good work through experience but no matter how long you work you will never produce the results of good work.
